Monika is a French-Polish actress. Based between Los Angeles, Tel Aviv, Paris and Warsaw. At the moment you can come to see her in the role first played by Marilyn Monroe in the play The Seven Year Itch at the Hollywood Fringe in June. The much loved film was adapted from this highly acclaimed play by George Axelrod. French-Polish actress Monika Ekiert steps into the role of 'The Girl' and CNN and BBC personality Sandro Monetti plays the hapless husband in this hilarious and charming romantic comedy.Monika spent her adolescence in Poland, but decided to pursue her studies at the famed Paris Sorbonne University, where she received a degree in Economy and International Relations. After been graduated, she began to work in Canal+ Paris, where she discovered her profound passion for cinema. Once committed to the art of acting, she studied her craft at the School of Theatre and Film and International Acting and The Cours Florent.That is when her beautiful adventure in the world of cinema began ...She learned her acting in English, French, Polish, Russian and also in Hebrew, the International market is open to her.She co-starred in Caroline Chu's film Krank.
