Phillip J. Bartell is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker who has edited Sundance winners Dear White People (2014 Special Jury Prize) and Undertow (2010 Int'l Audience Award), along with the award-winning I Am Divine (SXSW premiere), G.B.F. (Tribeca premiere), & Save Me (Sundance premiere).
