His most formative training in theater came from Alan Fleisig and his father Ruben Dario Cruz Sr.As well as an actor, Ruben runs three media arts companies. Jurukan Inc. produces two television programs in English and Spanish as well as shorts, music videos, commercials and theatre.Renaissance Lifestyles: Lifestyles for Seniors provides Arts & Culture and Health & Wellness workshops for Seniors.
