Sophia Del Pizzo is an English actress born in Eastbourne. She started life as a ballet and contemporary dancer before landing a female lead role in a Film London short directed by David Alexander. In 2016 she won best actress for her comedy role in This Way Up directed by Marc Hardman at the Portsmouth Film festival. Her most notable role was as the lead in short film Lovely Monster (dir. Francesco Calabrese) which is currently being made into a feature film by Lionsgate.She has worked with the likes of Toby Kebbell, Sebastian Koch, Aidan Gillen, Mike Figgis, ITV, BFI and UK FIlm council to name a few.
