XueWei Huang is an American actor in True Powers also a You'Tuber on NonStopTV with his friend Kory Smith. He lives in Jefferson City Missouri. He is born in Fuzhou China. He started his acting career by posting videos of him and his friends doing fun stuff such as Traveling, Unboxing, and more on Youtube. He went to TJMS when he was 13.
