Caddyshack
A collection of comedy events that fill Danny Nunan's life is a small box at the Bushwood Country Club who has no idea where his future will be. His best chance to get his life on track is to get a scholarship from Judge Eliho Smiles, owner of the Country Club Club. A charming golfer who helps Danny slowly achieve his real goals. On the outside of this is Carl Spackler's GK Golf Course, which aims to eliminate the gopher raging who chews holes all over the golf course.

There is a plot to this enjoyably erratic comedy... But basically it's a framework on which the writers, two of whom (Harold Ramis and Douglas Kenney) are Animal House alumni, can hang vulgar, obvious, yet often amusing gags.
