An Afro-American works at the laundry. Countless times he is tempted by the money of his rich friend, Mitch. One day Mitch goes to jail so Ace starts forming his own illicit empire, but later gives in as his conscience comes knocking in.

hough it shows bling, strong feelings for the inner city and the acting is solid, the derivative story won't knock you out.
