The story of the comedy and romantic movie depicts some of events which happened with Brad Allen, a playboy songwriter, who annoys from his neighborhood Jan, who shares with her the telephone line and he always keep the line of phone busy, one day he meets her for the first time and plans to add her to his list by pretending like an innocent boy from Texas called Rex Stetson and it was a good way for this matter.
