Silver Bullet
It's that story that carries more mystery in a small village when the good people at Tarker's Mill can not explain a series of violent deaths. Now, shortly afterwards, a young boy is torn into pieces as he flies kite after dark. It seems that it is about the existence of an obsessed killer, but Marty, a small disabled boy, thinks the killer is not a man at all, but a person who has turned into a wolf.

feels episodic and slight, little more than a slasher movie in which the slasher is a lycanthrope
