Star Trek 10: Nemesis
During their attempts to have a peace treaty to save the earth from war and violence, Captain Picard and the crew, who do their best to defend the world and fight evil and corruption, find out a violent conspiracy that will lead to horrible results, as Praetor Shinzon prepares for attacking the earth.

Feels, unmistakably, like Paramount and everybody involved was trying to get through it as fast as possible, dumping the series in an alley to let the rats gnaw at the body.
