At the end of part I, Cooper and Todd become close friends. But in part II, Cooper - still a puppy - joins the cannie music band. He spends more time with the band and less time with his best friend - Todd. Is their friendship in danger?

Ainda que tecnicamente bem realizada e beneficiada pelo charme dos dois personagens-título, esta é uma continuação desnecessária que abandona as mensagens do original e investe numa historinha boba que renda ao estúdio um dinheiro fácil.

The Fox and the Hound 2 is never going to live down as a classic, but it isn't terrible. It falls somewhere in the middle of the Disney DVD sequel spectrum.

The question is surely not, are there better sequels or even midquels to the original Fox and the Hound, but, could there possibly be a worse one?
