The Green Berets
A cynical reporter who is opposed to the Vietnam War is sent to cover the conflict and assigned to tag along with a group of Green Berets. First off is to build and control a camp that is trying to be taken by the enemy the second mission is to kidnap a North Vietnamese General.

"The Green Berets" simply will not do as a film about the war in Vietnam. It is offensive not only to those who oppose American policy but even to those who support it.

When I first saw this at an NCO club during the Vietnam War, Army vets laughed and catcalled throughout the film because of the preposterous dialogue and action sequences.
