Now, that full FBI force and the latest forensic technology are trying to work for the arrest of the most famous criminals in the country. It may be very difficult, as the task moves to two Texas (Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson) who control the task through their instincts and old school skills, trying to do the job perfectly.
