Depressed after the suicide of her best friend after being humiliated by silly students, a young teenager girl, Rachel Lang, who has a strange power of moving things by her mind, the thing that makes other students avoid talking to her, but when she is humiliated by some silly friends, she begins to avenge for herself and her boyfriend brutally.

The best thing about Carrie 2 is the way the cruelties of the cliquish schoolgirls and macho jocks are built up so you're fairly itching to see them get their eyeballs popped out and their privates harpooned.
