Description
This story tells about the African world in America, where that story began with the behavior of a police officer who appears to be suffering from PTSD. The turbulent officer shot a deaf African American child, which turned things into a state of racial tension and corruption within the political and judicial system and the prison system. That issue seems to have sparked much debate.
