Tinkerbell
Newly born fairy Tinker Bell (Mae Whitman) is transported by the wind to Pixie Hollow on the island of Neverland and learns that, as a tinker, her job is to repair broken items. Tinker Bell thinks her fairy talent as a 'tinker' isn't as special or important as the other fairies' talents. But when Tink tries to change who she is, she creates nothing but disaster!

A totally charming story enhanced by beautiful CG animation.

Sweet, simple story is best for young Tink fans.

Sweet and fun, mostly free from overbearing celebrity voices and, while the computer animation is unremarkable, it looks good enough to make the overall impression solid.

Tinker Bell has been given the star treatment. There's plenty of material to mine from Pixie Hollow, which will hopefully provide a rich source for future films.

To its target audience, it will be another self-empowerment fable with loads of imagination and colorful, painterly images (and a keen marketing blast for Disney fairies).

Cannot be praised more readily than, "this is emphatically harmless in every possible way". But harmless and pretty? Okay, you've got something there.

With a sprinkle of fairy dust, Tinker Bell bursts onto our DVD screens in an enchanting, colourful animated adventure that the whole family will love.

A polished, pleasant trifle that should enchant wee ones during hours and hours of repeat viewings.

A bland, soulless work.
