Titan AE
In 3028, after the Earth is destroyed by an invading alien race, a tiny number of surviving humans roam the universe in ragtag spaceships, trying to find each other and maintain some sense of community. A young man learns that he has to find a hidden Earth ship before an enemy alien species does in order to secure the survival of humanity. 3 humans have to team up to find the Titan which contains a mechanism that will create a new Earth and therefore unite all of humanity before an enemy alien species does.
