The film revolves around Moxy and her friends who decided to travel to the slopes of the mountains and discover a new city. The city is UglyDoll Perfection, a city where more traditional puppets receive training before collaborating with children and their love. In that beautiful city, UglyDolls learns the meaning of being different, where you discover many secrets about life. In the end, UglyDolls also realizes that it does not have to be perfect to impress everyone around.
