There seem to be more challenges for The G.I. Joe Special Missions Force to protect the world. It is about the gang called the Cobra gang, which, after a successful raid on a broadcasting satellite, is now threatening the world with a revolutionary device called MASS, a device that has the miraculous ability to extract anything in the world. Now, things turn out when the G.I. Joe Special Missions Force is building his own MASS machine, where there are new schemes to confront the dangerous Cobra gang.
