this is complete fantasy. cops in new orleans do nothing to protect the citizens of this city. only .01 per cent of murders are investigated. only .001 are prosecuted by the dirty district attorney. both law enforcement and the justice (what a joke they are) dept are useless and only use it for a paycheck. these departments are the real criminals. there is no justice in the city of new orleans. only dirty cops, dirtier district attorny's. do not expect justice here. if you want to get away with murder...this is the place to do that.
