Following the life story of an ambitious enthusiastic scientist Dr. Rusty Venture, who travels to New York with his two teenagers sons and his guard, in order to unveil his new invent that will change the humanity, but upon their arrival, incidents come to climax, as he faces they ninja, who seek to take his invention.
