Tyler was born in Newmarket, Ontario and began acting at the age of 5. In fact, he shot his first commercial, HGTV, on his 5th birthday. After shooting several commercials, he also began to appear in series such as Naturally Sadie, Flashpoint, and Degrassi: The Next Generation.
