Bob Servant is a local 'worthie' in the town of Broughty Ferry, infamous for his participation in the area's 'Burger Wars', who decides to run in the upcoming by-election as an Independent Candidate. His lack of thought prior to speaking leads him into some funny situations and lots of trouble.
