The fifth season begins with more powerful and diverse events, as Melinda Gordon continues through more spirits and ghosts. It seems that these ghosts cling to the living because they have incomplete work may be a real obstacle prevents them from exceeding the level of existence at those moments. On the other hand, Melinda still sees and hears lives spontaneously as she is still trying to nurture her into full light.

We never see things on TV that have that type of graphics and we were kinda blown away by how much we enjoyed the creepy illustrated vision.

I feel like they cheated and instead of actual character development, they just jumped five years and since anything can happen in five years, they can write their way out of anything they didn't like previously.
