The second season features a series of strong dramatic events where Arcadians are grieved by the loss of their beloved organ. Meanwhile, a group of Rachel's baby stem cells provide treatment for the suddenly deadly virus, and Rachel suddenly loses during that time. Now, Bellamy and Maggie are turning to a new source for help in finding Rachel, and Henry learns about Margaret and his family's role during that time.
