Description
The previous season ended with Wentworth fire which lead to many changes. Ferguson was sacked and returne back go the Wentworth as prisoner until her trial . Vera becomes the new governor with Will as her deputy . Kaz seeks to her goals to become the Top Dog of the prison and get rid of Bea from her way . Kaz will make everything and take every possible chance to do that. Bea returns after her absence with many challenges, she struggles to find purpose to stay alive and has to right back to keep her position in the prison as Top Dog. Maxine will face some dangerous situation will threatens her life . Bridget will suffer from her relationship with Franky.

It's an exhausting watch, but it's certainly an eye-opener and it leaves an effect on the viewer long after the sombre musical number at the end of each heavy episode.

While I can't speak of what's gone before, this season four opener was an absolute belter, featuring a cast of fabulously strong, variably humane female characters.
