House M.D. - Season 6
In this season, House finds himself in an uncomfortable position, away from the examination room. As he works to regain his license and his life, his coworkers deal with the staff shakeups, moral dilemmas, and their own tricky relationships with House. And when House returns more obstinate than ever, Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital will never be the same again.

The episode has a few sentimentality issues, but it doesn't matter much because the characters are so vivid they even outshine House at times, which can only be good for him.

Tremendously entertaining and ultimately moving.

Laurie is superb, carrying scenes so strongly that for long stretches the viewer will forget the absence of his regular colleagues entirely.

It's a generally strong episode as House attempts to annoy his doctors so much that they'll sign off on his departure.

We've all longed to see House confront his demons, but not like this, not in an overwrought movie that plays like an adult after-school special.

This is the best "House," and its leading man, have been in a long time.
